Their restaurant, not a template.
A front door built around their room and their menu, fast enough to open on a phone in a parking lot. Nothing on it belongs to a page builder.
Ordering
Pickup orders, no commission.
Tax is computed in integer cents at the county rate, never floating-point. The order goes straight to the kitchen instead of through a delivery app taking a third of the ticket.

Free shipping over a set number, counted in integer cents and shown as the distance left to it. The oldest lever in retail, wired properly.
Behind the counter
Every order, one screen.
What to make, what shipped, what it came to. Payments land in their own Stripe account and their own bank, with nothing skimmed in between.

Line items, licence number, and a signature field that works with a finger on a phone in a driveway. No app, no printer, no second trip.
The deposit
The invoice writes itself.
The deposit is computed from the signed quote in integer cents, not retyped into a second tool where a digit can go missing.
The job
The customer stops calling.
A progress link the homeowner can check themselves. The single highest-value thing a trade can give a nervous customer, and it costs nothing to run.

Completely. It’s built under your own accounts, in your name and logins. You hold the keys — not us.
What does hosting cost?
You pay your host directly — typically $0–20/month, not a dime to us. No platform fee, no markup.
Is there ongoing support?
30 days of support is included after launch. After that, you can edit anything yourself in the owner’s portal at no cost — or hand changes to me à la carte. An optional care plan is there if you want ongoing work, but it’s never required.
How do I make changes?
Every build ships with a private owner’s portal to edit copy, swap photos, update services, and read incoming leads — no developer needed. Or hand changes to me whenever you’d rather.
What if we ever part ways?
Nothing breaks. Everything is already under your accounts and in your name. You keep the code, the content, and the site — forever.
How long does it take?
You see a full spec build before you commit. Once approved, most sites hand over in 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
